This is the website of Tammy Shemesh, who offers yoga classes, pregnany yoga, workshops and private sessions in and around Los Angeles. Classes are based on the Dynamic Yoga Training Method, developed by Godfrey Devereux.

The word dynamic does not mean aggressive, fast or strong: it means active, progressive, changing. This approach to yoga uses movement consistently and effectively, not only as a preparation for stillness, but as a technique in itself, to harness the dynamic nature of the mind so that physical stillness can be fertile, and the body can open.

Anyone and everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, fitness level, strength or flexibility. The only requirement is the ability to breathe and a beginners mind.
